Catherine McNallyCatherine McNally is a high-performance leader that started her construction career in custom home pre-sale and marketing of model homes for general contractors in Rio Rancho. Specializing in land acquisition and lot development (Utility line extension and hiring vendors, also submitting building permit packages) the home layout and designs with material and color selections were the fun part, ensuring timing and completion for customer satisfaction is her specialty.

In previous years hired to work on federal infrastructure, commercial development, execute multiple award contracts for DOD and DOE. To work on her real estate strategy, she acquired an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Engineering Design, also PMI Projects Managers training from UNM, and the CQM Army Corps of Engineers training, Osha 500/501 trainers’ course, ICD 705 for design and construction of SCIFs, SAP.
